Springfield High School Class of 1951

For such a large school as Springfield High an extensive attendance department is needed. For this there has been provided an attendance counselor for each class. These counselors and their student helpers take care of excusing students for absences or straightening out misunderstandings in class attendance.

Jack Sallee sees Senior Counselor C. J. Kauffman about his absence slip. Zoe Miller finds Jack's record in the files.

Junior Counselor George Ballentine asks Shirley Hines about a student's record.

Sophomore Counselor Dorothy Krautwater is shown with her assistant Donna Lloyd.
