Sara Lee Yerian


Sara Lee Yerian, 85, of Springfield died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 in Eaglewood Care Center. She was born March 31, 1923 in Springfield the daughter of John E. and Estelle (Payne) Wilson.

Mrs. Yerian was a 1941 graduate of Springfield High School, a member of Central Christian Church and was a longtime employee of the Springfield Credit Bureau.

She is survived by her son Russell D. Yerian of Denville, New Jersey; three sisters Marilyn A. Callicoat, Martha L. Reedy and Margaret A. Peters, all of Springfield; several nieces and nephews including a special niece Myrna Locke.

She was preceded in death by her husband Earl D. Yerian; three brothers Ruce E. Wilson and two infants; and one sister Laverne Wilson.

Friends may call Friday from 5-8 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM. in the Memorial Home with Pastor Dan Reihing officiating. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Yerian's name to Central Christian Church or to the Clark County Dialysis Facility.
