Walsh, Mary Louise, 90, of Springfield, died at 4:03 p.m. Saturday April 14, 2007 in Mercy Medical Center.

She was born February 26, 1917 in Springfield, OH to George W. and Mary Ellen (Gallagher) Sturgeon. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church and C.L of C. # 207.

Mary Louise is survived by 6 children and spouses, Tom and Janis Walsh, Springfield, OH, Peg and Denny Carlson, Marietta, GA, Patti and Mark Hannahan, Cincinnati, OH, Dick and Pam Walsh, Arlington, TX, Mary Beth and Keith Jochum and John Walsh, Springfield, OH; 16 grandchildren, Lauren (Ed) Rollins, Ryan Walsh, Derek, Nicole, Lisa and Jennifer Carlson, Erin, Matthew and Patrick Hannahan, Jeffrey and Lindsey Walsh, Charles (Stephanie) Poynter, Cait, Caroline, Joseph and Ellen Jochum; 2 great grandchildren, Zoe Poynter and Will Rollins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph C., a grandchild, Clare Jochum, a sister, Kathleen Jacobs and 3 brothers, Fred, Paul and Charles Sturgeon.

Friends may call in the Conroy Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday with C.L of C. services at 4:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday in St. Teresa Church. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or Friends of Mercy.
