Leota M. Wilson, 75, of Springfield, OH died at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday December 19, 2007 in Mercy St. John's Center.

She was born February 24, 1932 in Jackson, OH to Arnold and Glenna (Dawson) Pitchford.

Leota retired as a dietician with Mercy Medical Center after 19 years. She was a member of F.O.E. Aerie 397 Auxiliary, Union Club, Past President of the Women's Golf Association, member of W.I.B.C and was well known for her work with ceramics.

She is survived by her husband, Donald; 4 children, Ronald Brock, Cincinnati, OH, Terri (Ron) White, Springfield, OH, Katherine M. Truett, Lebanon, OH, James Parish, Lakeview, OH; a step-daughter, Dixie (Glen) Davis, Huber Heights, OH; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 12 step great grandchildren; 2 step great great grandchildren; an aunt, Carol (Floyd) Loomis, Jackson, OH.

Friends may call in the Conroy Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Richard Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Mercy St. John's Center.
