William Theodor


William Theodor, 82 of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 in his residence. He was born on October 28, 1924 in Springfield the son of Christ and Madeline (Harrison) Theodor. After high school he served our country in the United States Navy. Bill retired in 1989 from Ohio Edison after forty-three years of service.

He was also a member of the Knights of Pythias. He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Anna Mae (Fuller) Theodor, two sons and daughters-in-law: Christ and Romayne Theodor of Xenia, and William Scott and Marcia Theodor of Springfield, four grandchildren: Thomas Scott Theodor, William Theodor, Christ Theodor, and Kelly Perry, and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Bessie Johnson, and one brother, Gus Theodor. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 1959 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, OH 43228-4102.

The family is being served by the LITTLETON AND RUE Funeral Home.
