Myrtle C. Tucker


Myrtle C. Tucker, 95, of Springfield, died at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday January 28, 2009 in Oakwood Village Care Center. She was born July 14,1913 in Springfield, OH to Mervin and Catherine (Kerin) Hamilton.

Myrtle retired in 1975 as an executive secretary with General Electric.

Survivors include sisters in law, Audrey Hamilton of Springfield and Jeannette Hamilton, of Davie, FL; nieces, Barbara Fitzwater and Mary Catherine Brown of Springfield, Peggy Potts of Marietta, GA, Sue Ellen Smith of Detroit, MI and Janet Dolihite of Davie, FL; nephews, Richard Horstman of Springfield and William G. Hamilton of Louisville, OH; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday in St. Teresa Catholic Church with visitation one-hour prior in the church. Entombment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, KY.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Teresa Church or your favorite charity. The family is being served by the Conroy Funeral Home.
