Mitzi May Thimmes


Mitzi May Thimmes, 76 of Enon passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009 in Kettering. She was born December 14, 1932 in Rudyard, Michigan to the late Eino and Goldie Jarvie.

Mitzi is survived by her husband, Robert Pierce Thimmes, a daughter; Kelly Smith of Beavercreek, a son and daughter-in-law; Robert W. and Kimberly Thimmes of Piqua, four sisters; Fay, Donna, Sally and Arlene, five brothers, Arthur, Delbert, Elmer, Ted, and Gale, seven grandchildren; Raymond, Richard, Emily, Brooke, Dawn, Casey, Kyle, two great-grandchildren; Dean and Cassidy and numerous family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers; Darreld and Earl.

Funeral Service will be conducted 1:00 pm Wednesday, April 1, 2009 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon. Burial will follow the service in Enon Cemetery. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
