George L. Trapp


George L. "Bubba" Trapp, 48, of Springfield, departed this life Saturday, May 24, 2008.

He was born October 16, 1959 a son of George and Minnie (Williams) Trapp.

George leaves to cherish his memory a son, Marcus Riggins Trapp and a daughter Jaleisa Riggins Trapp, two sisters; Linda Trapp Welliford and Shirley (Roy) Trapp- Bradford, two brothers; Daniel and David Threarts, mother of his children; Phyllis Riggins, special friend, Tracy Brown, a childhood friend, Peter Upshaw and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James (Jackie Boy) Trapp and Randy Threats.

Visitation for Mr. Trapp will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM in the Restored Life Ministries. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. in the church. Burial 10:00 AM Saturday in Ferncliff Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by the Robert C.Henry Funeral Home.
