Keith Edwin Siemon


Keith Edwin Siemon was mercifully taken by God on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, after waging a courageous battle against cancer. Keith was born in Beaver, Pennsylvania, on March 15, 1947, one of eight children born to Charles and Jeanne Siemon.

Keith graduated from Shawnee High School in 1965. He proudly served in the United States Army as a Wireman in Germany during the Vietnam Conflict, from June 1967 until June 1969. He married Becky ( Brown) Siemon on June 9, 1972. For almost twenty years, Keith sold cars to the people of Springfield and surrounding areas, making his big smile well-known to his co-workers at Bill Marine Auto Center and the many others that he had the pleasure of serving.

Keith is survived by his wife, Beckie; his cherished daughter, Dr. Brittnee Siemon and her fiancée, Rence Gunnells, of South Carolina; beloved parents, Charles P. and Jeanne E. (Smith) Siemon; brothers, Chuck (LuAnn) Siemon of Medway; Brian (Andi) Siemon , of North Carolina; Drew and Mark (Laura) Siemon of Springfield; sisters Sandi (Eldon) Holton, Vicki (Kenny) Webb, and Lori (Doug) Baker of Springfield; his loyal feline friend, "Bud", and so many other dear family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM Friday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the funeral home with Rev. Orbie Estep officiating. Entombment will follow in Rose Hill Mausoleum.
