Frank Spinelli


Frank Spinelli, 77, of Springfield, passed away at 11:00 PM Tuesday, January 29, 2008 in Community Hospital.

He was born November 16, 1930 in Columbus, Ohio the son of Nunizapo and Antoinetta Spinelli.

Mr. Spinelli was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and enjoyed wood working. He had been employed at Robbins and Myers and was retired from Vining Industries.

Survivors include two sons Robert (Cheryl) Spinelli and Cory Spinelli of Springfield, his ex wife Opal Spinelli, one grand daughter Rachael Adams, a great grandson and the love of Frank's life Elijah Adams, one sister Clara Zari, Columbus, two brothers James ( Donna) Spinelli, Bristol, Connecticut and Nicholas Spinelli, Columbus, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother in law Lawrence Zari.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Walter Mock officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
