Betty Jeanne Sharp

Betty Jeanne Sharp, 82, of Inverness, FL, formerly of Springfield, died March 8, 2009 in Florida. She was born June 30, 1926 in Springfield, OH to Alfred and Bessie Carey.

Betty worked for International Harvester as a billing clerk for 26 years. She retired to Inverness, FL in 1990.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Bob E. Sharp; daughters, Sharon (Michael) Allender, Inverness, FL and Melissa (Gary) Bowman, Springfield; 6 grandchildren, Brian, Paul, Michael and Joshua Allender and Melanie Hynes all of Inverness, FL and Brandi Koehler, Grove City, OH; many great and great-great grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Bruce; 3 brothers, Donald, Richard and Robert Carey all of Springfield.

Funeral services will be held in the Conroy Funeral Home at 12 noon Friday. Family will receive friends two hours prior, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
