Jeannine Norman


Jeannine Norman, 66, of Springfield, died at 11:33 a.m. Thursday, January 1, 2009 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born June 23, 1942 in Covington, KY to Elmo Norman and Betty (Miller) Norman Lunsford.

Jeannine had worked as a legal secretary for and number of years, but her real passion was working as a chef.

She is survived by 4 children, Mary (Tim) Hogan, Atlanta, GA, Annie (Nick) Demana, Springfield, OH, Travis Finnell, Frankfort, KY and Jason Finnell, Corpus Christi, TX; 8 grandchildren, Alex and Haley Demana, Amelia and Elliot Hogan, Tyler and Chase Finnell and Damien and Chloe Finnell; brothers and sisters, Jennifer (Bill) Burger, Janice Lunsford, and Jerry Lunsford, Frankfort, KY, Jeff Lunsford, California and Judy (Jim) Briley, Florida.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Herald Lunsford and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Calvary Cemetery. The family is being served by the Conroy Funeral Home.
