Doris L. Law

Doris L. (Peters) Law, of Springfield, Ohio, has joined the love of her life, husband Richard B. Law, her parents, Ray and Francis (Bates) Peters, and many other loved ones in eternal life, on January 16, 2009. Doris was born in Enon, Ohio on June 9, 1928.

She loved life, cooking, canning and crocheting. She was blessed with a wonderful family and many, many friends.

She is survived by her son John and wife Linda of Clearfield, PA; daughters, Opal and husband Nick Noirot of Fairview, PA, Carolyn Law of Boynton Beach, FL and Jeanne and husband Bill King of Hollywood, SC; four grandchildren, who called her "Silly Grandma", Sondra, Richard, Nicole and Kate; four great-grandchildren who called her "Grinny", nieces and nephews and brothers, Harold Peters of North Haledon, NJ and Mike Peters of Springfield, OH.

Three brothers preceded her in death, Ronald, Kenneth and Philip Peters.

Memorials are suggested for "The Disabled Veterans of America".

Friends and loved ones may join the family at LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 from 1-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Craig Grammer of First Christian Church, officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park.
