Randy A. Koehler, 41, of Urbana, passed away Sunday October 5, 2008.

He was born October 22, 1966, a son of James and Sandy (Creager) Koehler in Springfield, OH.

Randy is survived by his significant other, Lisa Bundy; daughter, Kasey Koehler; his parents; sisters, Karen K. Wolford, and Connie Koehler; niece and nephew, Alisha Berry and Adam James Mohler.

Visitation will be held from 1PM until time of service at 3PM Thursday October 9, 2008 in the JACKSON LYTLE WILLIAMS Funeral Home, N. Limestone. Interment to follow in the Myers Cemetery, North Hampton, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may to made to any Fifth Third Bank, in benefit of Kasey Koehler.
