Pauline Keys
Pauline Keys, 85, of Springfield died Monday, May 5, 2008 in her daughter's residence in Titusville, Florida surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Heidrick, Kentucky on January 30, 1923, the daughter of Daniel and Ollie Mae (Pickard) Valentine.
Pauline was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and enjoyed going fishing and caring for her grandkids. She retired as a machine operator with United Board and Carton with over 20 years of service.
Pauline is preceded in death by her parents; husband James R. Keys; three brothers and two sisters.
She has left to cherish her memory one daughter Pauletta McGinnis of Titusville, Florida; one son and daughter in law James D. & Betty Keys of Springfield; six grandchildren James I. & Mary Keys, Shannon & Mark Hackathorn, Cari Keys, Jennifer McGinnis, Wendy Bonnett, and Timothy McGinnis; eight great-grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday from 5-8 PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A celebration of Pauline's life will be Wednesday at 10:30 AM in the memorial home with Pastor Seth Ross of North Hills Church of God officiating. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
