Martha Kohrman


Martha Kohrman, 90, of Springfield died Saturday, March 29, 2008 in Mercy St. John's Center.

She was born in West Leisenring, PA on July 22, 1917 the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Demsko.

Martha retired in 1989 from the Kissell Co. after fifteen years of service. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, VFW #1031 Auxiliary and Elderly United.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law Francis and Brenda Kohrman, Springfield, OH, James H. and Beth Kohrman Jr., Grayslake, IL; three grandchildren Elizabeth Kohrman, Mark Kohrman, John Kohrman; three brothers Vince Demsko, Louisville, KY, Joseph Demsko, Uniontown, PA and Steve Demsko, Pittsburgh, PA and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Kohrman Sr, three sisters and three brothers.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday in the Conroy Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
