Virginia Josephine Jarrels


Virginia Josephine Jarrels 79, of Springfield died Thursday, November 22, 2007 in Villa Springfield.

She was born in Ross County, Ohio on January 2, 1928, the daughter of Erskie and Margaret Jane (Woodruff) Beechler. Virginia retired from the laundry at Community Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John R. Jarrels; brothers Raymond, John Robert, and Erskie Junior Beechler; sisters Erma Radcliff, Jessie McCoy, and Mary Olive Brickman.

Her survivors include two sisters Martha Jane Null and Dorothy Jordan of Springfield; one brother and sister in law Lawrence Edward & Rose Beechler of Piqua; sister in law Debbie Beechler; a special friend Charles Huffman both of Springfield; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Monday at 11:00AM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Minister Mike Surgenor officiating. A gathering of friends and family will be one hour prior to services. Burial to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
