Charles Henry Jezek


Charles "Chuck" Henry Jezek, 70, of Springfield and formerly of Wisconsin passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2009 in the Hospice of Dayton.

He was born August 11, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Henry C. and Anna (Morawa) Jezek.

Chuck was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served our country proudly from 1955-1958.

Survivors include his step-daughter, Paula Baxter; step-granddaughter, Emily Huffman and close friend and neighbor, Angela Wallace, she was his faithful caregiver for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Pat Jezek.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, March 16, 2009 from 11am-noon in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at noon in the funeral home.

Burial will follow in the Dayton National Cemetery.
