Terrence J. Howe


Terrence J. "Terry" Howe, 59, of Springfield, died at 10:00 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2009 in his residence. He was born October 15, 1949 in Springfield, OH to Russell and Eileen (Brennan) Howe.

Terry retired in 2007 as a custodian with the Springfield City Schools having worked at Roosevelt Middle School and Simon Kenton Elementary. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Christine E.; 2 children, Rebecca Howe, Pittsburgh, PA and Jeremy Howe, Springfield; 2 step son, Bill Nott and Brian Nott; 2 sisters, Mary (Gene) Barnett and Sue (Larry) Westfall; 2 brothers, Rick (Deb) Howe and Jack (Rae Ann) Howe all Springfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A brother, Jerry in 1970, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the Conroy Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Ron Logan officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
