Sharon Marie Richardson Harrod


Sharon Marie Richardson Harrod, 59 of Springfield died Sunday, October 28, 2007 in her residence.

She was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 11, 1948, the daughter of Eugene Edward and Catherine Ellen (Ware) Moore.

Sharon enjoyed sewing, knitting, and her dogs and cats, but her greatest love was her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Margaret Frye; three brothers James Frye, John and Donald Shirk.

Her survivors include three daughters Anna (Pastor Jim) Davis of Wheelersburg, Faith Sherman and Hope Richardson both of Springfield; two sisters Ada Moore of DeGraff and Dora MacIntosh of San Antonio, TX; two brothers Charles Shirk of South Dakota and William Frye of Columbus; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild and one on the way; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Pastor Jim Davis officiating. Friends and family may call one hour prior to services. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
