Jami L. Hogan
Jami L. (Deck) Hogan, 52, of Springfield passed away Monday afternoon, March 17, 2008 in her residence.
She was born April 24, 1955 in Springfield, the daughter of James R. and Virginia (Holcombe) Deck.
Jami was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church. She was an avid reader and loved her animals. Jami loved fishing and spending weekends at Indian Lake in the cottage. She will always be remembered as a very loving and caring person and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her mother; daughter and son-in-law, Cassie (Hogan) and Adam Eskew of Atlanta, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Keith Wagner of Sidney, Ohio; two nephews, Jerrod and Dylan Swanton of Springfield; niece, Nicole (Mike) Henson of Portland, Maine; and special family friend, Joe Brucker of Springfield.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, March 21, 2008 from 5-8 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Reverend Dr. Keith Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in the Somerford Cemetery.
