Anna M. Horne


Anna M. Horne, 79, of Springfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center - High St. Campus.

She was born on March 23, 1929 in Paintsville, Kentucky the daughter of Lindsey and Delphia (Johnson) Travis. Anna came to know her Savior, Jesus, on February 6, 2000 and her life was forever changed.

She is survived by her four children and their spouses: Marcia and Joseph Cicco of Morrisville; Pennsylvania; Sheila and Dale Warfel of Springfield; Jeff and Dee Horne of Springfield; and Kevin and Judy Horne of West Chester, Ohio; one sister and brother-in-law, Hazel and Jim Charles of Arizona; one brother, Roby and Sophia Travis of Troy, Ohio; seven grandchildren and their spouses: Brian and Desirée Cicco, April and John Zackonski, Kristin and Tess Warfel, and Amanda, Christian, and Kelly Horne; six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmon Horne on January 31, 2006, her parents, and two brothers, Bobby Joe Travis and Lindsey Travis Jr.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2008 from 5-8 pm in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Friday, at 1:00 p.m. in Fellowship Church, 2301 Valley Loop Rd., Springfield.
