Dorothy A. Green, 71, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Thursday February 12, 2009. She was born April 7, 1937 in Miami County, Ohio the daughter of the late Orville & Iona (Oaks) Noll.

She is survived by a son, Scott Green of New Carlisle; a daughter, Debra & Chuck Young of Springfield; two grandchildren, Damon Cooper and Jessica Young both of Springfield; great grandson, Jacob Cooper; a brother, Bruce Noll; a sister, Rita Beard; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Green in 1992 and a brother, Ed Noll.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 6-8 p.m. Monday February 16, 2009 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. Fl 17, Chicago, IL 60601-7633.
