Penny L. Day


Penny L. Day, 52, of Springfield, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, died unexpectedly Friday morning in her residence.

She was born in Springfield on April 22, 1955 the daughter of George L. and Beulah (Blanton) Webster. She was a manager at Wittenberg Federal Credit Union.

Survivors in addition to her parents of Springfield include her husband, James E.; two sons and spouses, Benjamin and Julie Day and Brian and Rachel Day all of Springfield; brother, John Webster of Springfield; two sisters, Vicky Feldman and Jennifer Webster both of Columbus and five grandchildren, Emily, Elizabeth, Marah, Brandon and Zachary.

Her family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Monday in Conroy Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Fr. Paul Hurst officiating. Inurnment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. /p>
