Frederick M. Dalton


Frederick M. Dalton, 72, of Dayton passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2007 in Dayton.

He was born June 21, 1935 in Xenia to the late Judith M. Kelble Dalton and Frederick J. Dalton.

Frederick was an Army Veteran, a member of Cardinals Motor Cycles Organization, American Legion Post 0562, Xenia Hog Club and a life member of G.W.R.R.A.. He worked at Gage Company before that he worked for 37 years W.H. Kiefaber.

He is survived by his wife, Joleen Dalton, a daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Richard Hooper of Springfield, two sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Joy Dalton of Springfield, Rickie Dalton of Springfield, three sisters; Mary Meadows, Carol and Joseph O'Donald, Harriet and Joseph Zomerfield, two brothers; Gary and Renate Dalton, Anthony and Kathleen Ruth Slack Dalton, two brothers-in-law; James and Diana Wright, David and Monia Gates, two sisters-in-laws, Marjorie and Delbert Lee, Pattie and Randy Skeen, a step brother-in-law, Tom and Shirley Southers, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and step mother, Gardna Dalton.

Memorial Service will be conducted 7:00 PM Friday, August 3, 3007 in Adkins Funeral Home, 7055 Dayton Road, Enon with Minister Robert Ison officiating. Visitation will be held 5-7 Friday in the funeral home.
