Norma T. Cline


Norma T. Cline, 80, of Springfield, died Friday November 14, 2008 in Villa Springfield. She was born July 27, 1928 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Delbert and Evelyn Flack.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Norma was an Interior Decorator and did freelance interior decorating for many years. She taught Interior Decorating classes at Wittenberg University and was in charge of the Community Hospital's Designer Showcase of Homes for several years.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Carol Thompson of Springfield; two sisters, Barbara McConehea of Springfield and Frieda Rice of Boise, Idaho; granddaughter, Krista (Tyler) Worley of Springfield. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, David M. Thompson and Donald Cline; sister Joyce.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME. Private funeral services will be held for the family. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
