Mildred Eloise Clary


Mildred Eloise Clary, 83, of Springfield, Ohio passed away peacefully March 18, 2008 in Streetsboro, Ohio.

She was born August 6, 1924 in Champaign County, the daughter of Lawrence and Ida Barger.

Mildred was a long-time member of The First United Church of Christ. Following her retirement from Foster-Miller Insurance, she enjoyed various volunteer activities in the Springfield area.

Survivors include her son, Roger Michael (Patty) Clary of Hudson, Ohio; her daughter, Debbie (Doug) Welland of Hamilton, Ontario and four grandsons, Brian Clary, Tim, Jeremy and Andrew Welland.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Carl Clary.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2008 from 5-7 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Reverend Dr. Dean Ealm officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Mildred's name to the Memorial Fund of First United Church of Christ, 2000 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505 or the Rocking Horse Center, 651 South Limestone Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505.
