Jacqueline M. Collinsworth, 81, of Springfield, passed away Sunday April 5, 2009. She was born May 12, 1927, a daughter of Emmitt and Barbara (Adkins) Coldiron in Portsmouth, OH.

She is survived by her children, Marian Baker, Regina (Berton) Gilbert, Bonnie Jordan; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings, Emmitt (Donna) Coldiron, Laura Hamilton; several nieces and nephews.

Jacqueline is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Collinsworth; children, Tim Collinsworth, Peggy Daniels, Wendell Collinsworth; parents; siblings,Walter Coldiron, Harry Coldiron, Neva Meadows, Sebastian Coldiron, Marion Coldiron, Vina Coldiron and Babe Coldiron.

Visitation will be held from 11AM until time of service at 1PM Thursday April 9, 2009 in the JACKSON LYTLE WILLIAMS Funeral Home with Pastor Norman Meadows officiating. Entombment to follow in the Rose Hill Burial Park.
