Betty LeVan Comer

Betty LeVan Comer, 89, of Springfield died Tuesday, May 20, 2008 in Ridgewood Care Center.

She was born December 17, 1918 in Clark County, Ohio the only child of Ralph LeVan and Alta (Fullerton) LeVan Frock.

Betty was a 1936 graduate of Enon High School and worked in Springfield for over fifty years. She was affiliated with and active in many Social and Service Organizations.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Connie and James Bair of West Jefferson, Ohio; four grandchildren Pamela and David Starlin of Logan, Ohio, Weslee Bair of West Jefferson, Beth Bair of London, Ohio, Lance and Julie Bair of Galloway, Ohio; three great granddaughters Kayla, Emily and Bethany Starlin of Logan; one great grandson Preston Wyatt Bair of Galloway.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sons Ralph Wayne Comer and Gale Comer; and daughter Meloyde Comer.

Funeral services will held at the convenience of the family with burial in Enon Cemetery. The family is being served by the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.
