Wanda F. Bishop
Wanda F. Bishop, 76, of Springfield, went to be with her Lord Monday, July 14, 2008 in the Masonic Home of Springfield.
She was born February 2, 1932 in Eagle City, Ohio to the late Wilson and Leotia Mae Shaffer.
Wanda was a member of the Lower Honey Creek Church of Christ. She was a loving and devoted farmers wife who believed in hard work and enjoyed raising her chickens.
Wanda is survived by her loving husband, Elden J. Bishop of Springfield, three children; Sharon (Stephen) Nichols of Burlington, Wisconsin, Pamela (Allen) Morrow of Covington, Ohio, and Randall (Cynthia) Bishop of Springfield, a sister, Roxie B. Ryan; a brother, Roscoe "Jack" Shaffer, grand- children: Dale (Kristi) Morrow, Gregory (Amy) Morrow, Daniel Morrow, Katie Morrow, Rachael Nichols, Ruthanne Nichols, Mary Beth Nichols, Joshua Nichols, Michael Nichols, Samuel Nichols, Justin Bishop, Brooke Bishop, Jacob Bishop, and many dear friends.
A mausoleum service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, July 17, 2008 in Rose Hill Burial Park mausoleum. ADKINS FUNERAL HOME, Enon is assisting Wandas family with her final wishes. Donations may be made in Wandas name to the Alzheimers Association.
