Hazel V. Brumfield


Hazel V. Brumfield, 88, a resident of the Ohio Masonic Home, passed away at 4:23 AM Monday, February 9, 2009. She was born January 11, 1921 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, the daughter of John and Virginia (Harrison) Neuhart.

Survivors include three children; Patricia (Harold) Keplinger, Florida, Darlene (Peter) Lindeman, Tory, Ohio and William Turner, Springfield, five grandsons; Michael and Aaron Lindeman, Robert and Brian Summers and Steve Keplinger, one great grand daughter; Megan Summers, one sister; Donna Wood, Urbana and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and eight brothers; Elmer, Bob, John, George, Donald, Freddie, Floyd and Paul.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Chaplain Bruce Vincent officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
