Earl Byron Baker


Earl Byron Baker passed away on June 27, 2007 peacefully at home.

He was born on January 11, 1932 in Madison County, Ohio, the son of Addie (Tatman) and John W. Baker, Sr.

Earl was employed as a technician with Able Pest Control for 23 years before his retirement.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Linda (Buckley) Baker; four children, Terry (Sandy) Baker, Nellie Belew, Ronald Baker and Carl (Nancy) Baker; three brothers, Charles Raymond (Jenny) Baker, Fred (Betty) Baker, Robert (Beverly) Baker; four sisters, Judy Mayo, Dorothy Morrison, Phyllis (Robert) Scott and Shirley (John) Pitt; and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Guy Russel Baker, John W. Baker, Jr. and Carl Baker. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Baker.

The family will welcome family and friends on Sunday, July 1 at Jones Kenny Zechman Funeral Home from 6PM to 8PM. Services will follow on Monday at 11AM in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Kirkwood Cemetery in London, Ohio.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Villa of Springfield and Hospice of Dayton.
