Sibyl Aaron


Sibyl L. Aaron 86, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Sunday October 23, 2005 at DayView Care Center, New Carlisle. She was born April 25, 1919 in Sipsey, Alabama the daughter of the late Robert Bruton & Margaret Gertrude (Browning) Phillips.

She attended the New Carlisle Missionary Church. She was a nurses aide for several years at Belle Manor & DayView Care Center.

She is survived by two daughters & sons-in-law, Sally (McGriff) & Harold Bussey of Centerville, Ohio, Susie (Jackson) & Dennis Wilson of New Carlisle; eight grandchildren, Patrick McGriff, D.O., Staci (McGriff) and Darren Montgomery, Tess Jackson and Brad Justice, Sarah (Jackson) and Rob Dickes, David & Julie Aaron, John & Pattie Aaron; seven great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Delmas H. Aaron; a son, Michael Aaron; brothers, Robert, James Ambrose, and Lester Phillips; and sisters, Lois, Opal, and Ola (Phillips) Bailey.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Missionary Church, 111 N. Adams St., New Carlisle, Ohio 45344 with Rev. Richard McIntosh officiating. Burial at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. Visitation will be 5-8:00 PM Tuesday at the TROSTEL-CHAPMAN FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio.
