Marjorie E. Amerine


Marjorie E. Amerine, 94, of Springfield, died at 9:00 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2008 in the Ohio Masonic Home. She was born in Logan County, Ohio on January 19, 1914 the daughter of Samuel N. and Annabelle (Winner) LeVally.

She is survived by three children and spouses, Janice and Roger Woods of Springfield, Samuel Eugene and June Amerine and Cynthia Sue and David Sanders all of Texas; two sisters, Esther Brugler of Bellefontaine and Alice Marker of Indiana; 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rado; daughter, Sharon K. Bageant; two great grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.

Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Ken Woode officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
