Ann B. Allman


Ann B. Allman, 74, of Springfield died Sunday, July 27, 2008 in Eaglewood Care Center.

She was born July 1, 1934 in Clark County the daughter of Robert and Genevieve (Bell) Rockenfield.

Ann was a graduate of Clark State School of Nursing and worked as an LPN at the Odd Fellows Home. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, and was a member of the Emmaus Community.

Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband Russell "Gene" Allman in 2000.

She is survived by two step daughters Natalie Erdman of Columbus, Ohio and Gena (Michael) Stickelman of Vandalia; two step grandchildren Ashley and Brittney Stickelman; one sister Jane (Jim) Anderson of Hendersonville, North Carolina; special niece and nephew Linda Davidson and Robert (Marianne) Davidson, both of Latham, New York; and her former husband Charles Graser of Richland, Washington and several cousins.

Friends may call Friday from 6-8 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM. in the Memorial Home with Pastor Scott Fetter officiating. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
